DISCREET PACKAGING & SHIPPING LABEL
We understand that not everyone lives in Los Angeles, California. For those reasons Smokers-Xpress ships all orders in plain packaging & with a generic looking label. We use plain brown boxes (we do recycle to save waste, so sometimes they aren't new), and or ship in plain cartons or USPS approved boxes.
We does Not sell products to anyone under the age of 21 (18 where applicable). For this reason, we may make your package require an adult signature. If you are trying to use a stolen credit card, and or are under age, please don't. This does not mean every package will be a signature required. In most cases, they won't.
TIMELINES (How fast do we ship?)
We typically ships out orders placed before 10 am PST on weekdays within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 10:00 pm PST on weekdays will need an extra day. (Note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.)
Unforeseen circumstances can and do happen, and for this reason,
Smokers-Xpress cannot guarantee a delivery date on any order.
Please note that the expedited shipping options on checkout do not include the necessary processing times needed for pulling, packaging, and processing online orders and shipping times quoted at checkout do not guarantee package arrival dates. Please be mindful of this when choosing your desired shipping speed when checking out.
During peak seasons, natural disasters, or other acts of God (i.e. the recent COVID-19 pandemic, social unrest, etc.), average processing times may and usually do, increase to longer than expected.
In fact, the coronavirus has caused recent dramatic delays in shipping times and tracking issues with our most trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

Lastly, please understand that the distribution portals of these carriers often do not scan the packages the same day we bring them to their respective dropoff locations or they get picked up by a carrier from our shop. For that reason, Smokers-Xpress scans all its packages for the actual true ship date which we keep on record.

SHIPPING LOCATION INFORMATION
- Our warehouse is located in Downtown, Los Angeles. We ship orders daily.
- To get your order to your location, we require a physical street address for all UPS, Fedex, and USPS parcels. WE CANNOT SHIP PRODUCTS TO A P.O. BOX.
- Please make sure that all the shipping information is correct. If the address is inaccurate or the package is undeliverable and thus returned to us a $10.00 fee per box may be applied to your credit card.
- If you would like the package to be re-sent, there may also be an additional fee plus shipping costs depending on our discretion.
Smokers-Xpress is happy to offer FREE SHIPPING within the continental United States to its retail customers (Alaska and Hawaii excluded) on any online orders over $50.00 minimum. (via USPS Parcel post or UPS ground).
Note that certain items (such as butane) do not qualify towards the total dollar amount applicable for free shipping and will be labeled on the product page as inapplicable towards shipping minimum. Smokers-Xpress reserves the right to label any product as inapplicable towards the total amount applicable for free shipping.
Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via the email you provided to us in the checkout process. In order to make any necessary returns or refunds go as smoothly as possible, we request that you please SAVE YOUR PACKAGE TRACKING INFORMATION for reference.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ABIDING BY THEIR LOCAL LAWS REGARDING THE SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS TO THEIR LOCATIONS.
